Start with fresh ingrediants, organic is always prefferable:
One head of red leafy letuce or butter letuce. A handful of fresh spinish mixed with leafy letuce. Add an apple cut up in bite size pieces, strawberries cut into bite size pieces, 2 kiwi cut large pieces, handful of pecans, handful of fresh blue berries, and 1/4 cup fetta cheese to any package of leafy lettuce. Super charge your salad with tangy delicious flavor. Substitute any type of fruit. Don’t be afraid to add cherriy tomatoes as they compliment the fruit.
Place heaping mound of salad mixture on a plate and add a fillet of chicken breast, fillet of salmon or any other protein on top. Sprinkle your favorite salad dressing lightly over everything, being careful not to drown everything. You want a small amount of salad dressing so you can savour all the delicious flavors.
